Chichester & District Neighbourhood Watch Association
At the heart of the Neighbourhood Watch movement lies a simple and very effective idea:
Getting  together with your neighbours can prevent local crime.
The idea is simple but it works.
This Association covers the Chichester District of ‘Sussex Police and each sector works closely with their local Neighbourhood Police Team.

Norman Morrison               1926 - October 2009

Norman was our Secretary for at least the last ten years, working with the last four or five Chairmen of this committee. His knowledge and experience easing the way as each new chairperson took over.  Living in Middleton near Bognor he elected to stay on our committee even when the Bognor Association was split off and moved into the Arun Police District in 2006.  He will be sorely missed by both Assocaitions and by his Middleton neighbours, friends and members.
